Let's Pretend...

Let's just pretend for a moment,
that all this is just a dream.
Nothing ever happen between you and me.

Let's just pretend, we don't know each other
Walking past, no words uttered.

Let's just pretend.
I'm happy and so are you.
No matter how much it hurts.
Even when we feel like dirt.

Let's stop pretending,
I can't do this. I don't know about you.
You're the one who wanted this. Not me, but you.

I'm tired of letting you hurt me.
So let's pretend that this is just a dream.

Turning back Time / Today

Several times today, I've thought of you,
and hope slipped through my pain
embrace myself in memories
before I pushed them out the way.

A week ago today, I found myself
slowly rising out of despair
the insane world around me
oblivious to that strength.

A month ago today, it all happened
that's the day everything changed.
The words were not important,
but that letter hurt more than I can say.

A year ago today, I still had you
wrapped in my arms each night.
Lighting a fire inside of me
'til you were called off oversea.

Two years ago today, I was happy
I laughed and I slept soundly.
Back then my life became perfect,
on the day that I met you.

Free-period crush

I miss the times,
when free period comes. I jumps
and wait until I see your eyes.
I know I'm beginning to rush,
rush along to you while I tell my friends to hush hush.
my blood rush to my veins, my cheeks won't even stop blush.

While you, still sit there.
cigarettes and hair. tattoos on your right hand.
tees and boots. jeans.
sometimes sneakers. and sweater when it rains.
with your trademark-whiskers.
and your long-gone dark eyes that says more words than your mouth.
I'm looking at you, while you're looking at me.

I pass those times,
examining your eyelashes.
while sending smiles to my friends,
realize you're watching me as I look back.

bell is ringing. Walking with pride,
I left my heart behind, she don't want to leave

Times to times,
I realize you're just a crush, I know it won't last.
As the seasons flies fast.
But, I enjoyed it at last.

howdy, mr. rouge?
see ya next term on the same seats, different atmosphere.
will you still watching?
